PEPPM Catalog Bids

In an effort to supplement our individual product line bids and provide buyer access to a broad spectrum of products that may be purchased over the course of a year from a single vendor, PEPPM has awarded catalog bid contracts.

These contracts cover technology products within specific categories typically sold through online and paper based catalogs.  These contracts allow awarded vendors to sell an array of new products used by schools in the areas of:

Catalog bids allow us to fill in the blanks with thousands of products not offered by our individual product line awards.

PEPPM catalog bid awards allow for the same product lines to be listed in more than one vendor’s catalog.  Buyers may find that the price of a product listed on more than one catalog may vary slightly. We urge buyers to shop for the best “deal” among the various PEPPM catalogs.

With all PEPPM contracts – whether a product line or catalog award – you enjoy complete bid protection backed by PEPPM’s protective terms and conditions. You can avoid the time and expense of bidding yourself, and our awarded vendors promise to give you the lowest prices they will offer in your state.

By clicking on the links above, you will be taken to the PEPPM Catalog Category chosen.  From the Catalog Category page, choose the Awarded Vendor PEPPM Store where you wish to shop.  In the store, you will be able to shop for products using a shopping cart.  When you have completed your shopping list, you will be able to print a real-time PEPPM quote for the selected items.  Orders must be placed through the PEPPM toll free number (800) 636-3779 by faxing a purchase order with the printed PEPPM quote.
