Register PEPPM Contact Information
(for vendors only)
Directions: Vendors who have not previously registered
and would like to receive PEPPM bid announcements and/or recommend new products, need to
complete a Prospective Vendor Information Form. Click the link at the bottom of this
page to go to the Vendor Form. Your completed information will automatically be
entered into the PEPPM Vendor Request Database.
This information will be used to
contact prospective vendors prior to the next PEPPM bid process.
After your submission, please send detailed information
regarding your company, including but not limited to how long you have been
in business, number of employees dedicated to educational sales, amount of
educational sales for the previous school year by school district, letters of reference
from those K-12 schools, and glossy overview information of any product
lines with current price lists you are recommending for bid to:

Submitting your company information and/or
product line recommendation with descriptive literature and pricing does
not guarantee that you will become a PEPPM Vendor or that your
recommended product line will be listed in any future PEPPM bids. All
product information submitted must be reviewed and approved for K-12 usage.
A bid process must then be conducted and analyzed. Each product line is
awarded to a specific vendor based on their bid proposal.
