PEPPM Managed Print Solutions Bid

horizontal_line.gif (1878 bytes)

The concept of a Managed Print Solution involves the assessment, deployment, maintenance, and supply provision (ink and toner) for an agency's entire fleet of copiers and printers. The predominant evaluation component for all these services in the PEPPM bid project was the cost-per-page for printed output. The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) has awarded these branded lines of copying equipment and a corresponding Managed Print Solution which delivers cost-efficient, printed output of LEA documents by way of a managed program that covers printing and copying hardware, maintenance, and supplies.
