PEPPM bidding will be done electronically using Epylon’s eBid system, that guarantees the submission of a sealed bid. Depending on your status as a current PEPPM vendor or a prospective PEPPM vendor, your steps to participating in this bid will be as follows:

Current PEPPM/Epylon Vendor - Already has an active Epylon account, which now includes the eBid system. When you log on to Epylon, you will see eBid under the Work tab. Epylon may have activated new users on your account based on information from PEPPM to insure that the proper person receives the bids. Those people have already received an email from Epylon containing their username and password. Just go to www.epylon.com and login.

Prospective PEPPM Vendor - In order to receive this bid and submit it back, you must first register as a supplier on Epylon. For access to a Bidder’s Guide with step-by-step instruction on how to use the electronic bidding system, click here.
