Help to get you started as a Vendor accessing the PEPPM website

Vendors interested in the PEPPM purchasing cooperative may register on the PEPPM website. Once registered, they have access to certain private areas of the site and can become familiar with the program, its contracting procedures, and benefits.

Before a vendor employee may register, the employee’s company must be registered and have an active account.

Once the company is registered, any and all employees may register and affiliate with that company.

Vendors who eventually bid and win a PEPPM contract gain added privileges on the website as an Awarded Vendor, including a profile page and a dashboard to help them track and facilitate sales.

For Companies New to PEPPM

New companies may register on the new vendor registration page. In preparing for registration, an authorized representative must have contact information and certain other company information such as an Employee Identification Number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service or a taxpayer ID, a company website address, and a company description that will follow the company for marketing purposes if it ever becomes an Awarded Vendor.

When registering as a new company, a user is also registering to be affiliated with the Epylon.com, because that is the platform where PEPPM bids are published and submitted.

Therefore, a new company must agree to both PEPPM terms and conditions and Epylon terms and conditions. These include provisions to pay fees if the company receives purchase orders from either platform. If a vendor declines to accept the PEPPM and Epylon terms and conditions, it can still access the PEPPM site as a guest user.

To submit a PEPPM bid, a company must be registered with Epylon and maintain a vendor account.

A vendor may not call itself a “PEPPM Vendor” by merely registering. PEPPM Vendors are those companies who win a contract through a competitive, sealed bid process, plus their Authorized Resellers.

For Employees of Registered Companies

Employees of companies holding PEPPM accounts may register and affiliate with their company employer. Thousands of companies are already registered on PEPPM. On the employee registration form, a registrant should use the drop-down list to see if their company is already registered, then select the appropriate company name.

To help PEPPM vet and approve the application, the registrant must provide the name of a supervisor. If the registrant is the president of a corporation, the user should offer the name of a board member or chairperson.

If the registrant is the owner of a sole proprietorship, the user should explicitly state that designation n the “title” section of the bid form.

After Registering

PEPPM strives to approve employee and company registrants within one business day.

Upon approval, new registrants will receive an email with credentials allowing them to log-in to the PEPPM site.
