  • Q: Is the User Agency going to submit this each SLA to PEPPM or is this the responsibility of the Awarded Vendor? As relating to section VII.1 An Overview of the Ordering Process, Page 29, “Custom SLAs are to be negotiated with User Agency.  Each custom SLA agreement is to be submitted to PEPPM.”
A: We prefer the SLA to come from the user/buyer agency

  • Q: Should hardware be the only component included on the BID response tab for document PEPPM 2024 Pricing template, or should we also include our Managed Print Services line items?
A: The Bid Response tab of the PEPPM Pricing template is only for Hardware. The Rate care should be a seprate file created by the bidder. Since Rate cards can have different categories and/or fields depending on the bid response or products, we ask the bidders to create their own Rate Card, but have clearly defined categories that will align with the discount listed on the Quote Sheet tab of the PEPPM Pricing template.  You can find additional information about what we are looking for on the Rate Card in the terms and conditions, especially these sections:
    • II.24 Definition of “Rate Card”
VI.21 Ancillary and Necessary Services to be Listed on a Rate Card
      VIII.1 Pricing Methodology
      VIII.2 Pricing Formulas
VIII.3 Identification of the Price Basis

  • Q:  Where to find the PEPPM Pricing Template to download?
A: The PEPPM Pricing template appears after you select the product line/brand of MPS you are bidding on.
Under Step 5. Requested Produdct Lines and click on “View Product Lines” and select the brand(s) you are bidding on.
Then you will see a link for Template- SKU Template for each product line. Click on the [download] link. The Rate Sheet is a document you should create separately to associate with the Categories that will be listed on the Quote Sheet tab of the PEPPM Pricing/SKU template.
