    • What if I can't see the bid in my eBid Inbox?
    • If your company has an existing Epylon account but you do not see the bid in your eBid Inbox, there are several possible reasons:
      • 1) Another user at your company may have already opened the bid. Epylon allows only one user under a company account to have the bid form at a time. Once a user opens the bid, it will no longer appear in the Inbox of other users at the company. The user who has the bid can forward it through Epylon to another company representative.
      • 2) Your company may not be categorized as a technology supplier. Contact Epylon Customer Service to request that your company be added as a technology supplier so the bid can be made available to your account.
      • 3) Your company may use geographic territories within Epylon. If users are assigned by territory, the bid may have been directed to the employee(s) designated for Pennsylvania.
    •
    • If you are unsure who has the bid or still cannot locate it, contact Epylon Customer Service at (888) 211-7438 or service@epylon.com for assistance.
